Plants drinks concepts are spreading in Asia and are a perfect way to attract your customers' attention and offer drinks mixing colours, textures and tastes.
The idea is to make a smoothie base and sprinkle crushed biscuits such as cookies or speculoos. The right choice of glassware is also important for the drink's appearance.
Idea of recipe :
1 scoop Le Frappé de MONIN Vanilla
30 ml MONIN Matcha Green Tea syrup
120 ml milk
Blend all ingredients with ice cubes until smooth. Pour into a smoothie glass. Add a layer of whipped cream. Top with a layer of crumbled dark cookiesand a mint sprig.
Suggestion: You can also use MONIN Praline, Chocolate Cookie or Crème Brûlée syrup instead of MONIN Matcha Green Tea syrup.
