Spaghetti recipe
300 ml water
100 ml MONIN syrup
4 g Agar Agar
1. Mix all ingredients in a pan - don’t let the mix boil.
2. Use a syringe to fill a pipe with the mix to get the shape of a spaghetti
3. Put the pipe in a glass filled with ice cubes
4. Use the syringe to empty the pipe through air pressure
