Rhubarb & Ginger Collins

20 ml Le Fruit Rhubarb
10 ml Ginger Syrup
Ingredients
50 ml gin
20 ml lemon juice
80 ml soda water
Method
Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously.
Pour into a glass.
Top with sparkling beverage.
Serve.
