MONIN Orange Curaçao liqueur

MONIN Orange Curacao liqueur ambiant

Origins
Curaçao is a liqueur flavoured with‏ the dried peel of the oranges originally from the West Indian island of Curaçao, a tropical paradise, having beautiful secluded beaches that enjoy sunshine most days of the year. Initially discovered by accident, the drink was first developed and marketed by a Spanish family from Curaçao in the 19th century. MONIN Orange Curaçao liqueur brings‏ a fresh orange taste and its typical light bitter note to your favourite drinks.

Colour
Gold orange with copper glint.

Tasting notes
Nose of dried bitter orange. Sweet and mild taste of candied orange with a hint of fresh orange zest.

Beverage Innovation Directors tips
One of my favourite uses of MONIN Curaçao Triple Sec liqueur is to mix it with ice cream base and MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce in a blended dessert drink. Try and enjoy.
